Eğer bu hatayla karşılaştıysanız componentiniz div'le sarmalanmamış demektir. Benim durumumda

<WhatsHappening v-show="isOpen" :selectedTweet="selectedTweet.content" :isOpen="isOpen" placeholder="Post your reply!"></WhatsHappening>

v-show="isOpen" direkt componente atadığım için bu hatayı almıştım.

şöyle yaptığımda çözüldü.

aghabalaguluzade Bunun sebebi o değil. Root node dediği WhatsHappening componenti içinde olması gereken root.

Yanlış:

    <div>...</div>
    <span>...</span>
</template>

Doğru:

<template>
    <div> <!-- <- root node -->
        <div>...</div>
        <span>...</span>
    </div>
</template>
