Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager/Tech Lead to bridge business requirements and technical execution while leading our development team to deliver exceptional software solutions.
Required Qualifications
Language & Experience
- Bilingual proficiency required: Fluent in English and Turkish (speaking and writing)
- 5+ years of experience in product management and/or technical leadership roles
- Proven track record of successfully delivering software products from conception to launch
Availability & Work Style
- Available for communication across all days and hours as business needs require
- Ability to adapt quickly to dynamic, fast-changing situations
- Thrives in high-pressure environments while maintaining quality standards
- Willing to work outside standard hours when required
